Waiver
READ BEFORE PURCHASING AND USING CAMPSITE
(By proceeding with purchasing and using a campsite, you agree to be bound to this Liability Release, Wavier, Indemnification Clause and Assumption of Risk.)
LIABILITY RELEASE - WAIVER - INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE -ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You (“Camper”) waive, release, and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dawleys Sol Due River Campground LLC, dba Dawleys Campground (“DAWLEYS CAMPGROUND”) from any and all manner of actions, injuries, causes of action, suits, proceeding, judgments, damages , claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity stemming from the use of the campground.
Camper expressly agrees that this release, waiver, and indemnity clause is intended to be as broad and inclusive as legally possible, and if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.
Camper has carefully read the foregoing release, waiver and indemnification clause and understands the contents thereof. The Camper acknowledges that there are inherent, latent, and potentially unknown risks with the use of a primitive campground, including, but not limited to changing conditions and stability of trees, river conditions, and Camper assumes the risks associated with camping in a primitive campsite and acknowledges that Dawley Campgrounds is an unstaffed campground.
